- Priorities are set intentionally which is far from the early start up mindset of "everything is a priority"
- You can room to experiment with new technology through dedicated quarterly days
- When there are complaints, it seems like generally management tries to address them in good faith
- Really great and thoughtful group of engineers with particularly strong DevX and Platform teams that really remove roadblocks in the development/deploy processes
- Heavy investment in tooling for engineers
- There are lot of great benefits like catered lunches, a coffee bar, and a mix of cash and stock bonuses based on performance. There are a number of perks that I've never had in other companies and I'm constantly still discovering new perks
Cons
- Teams can feel pretty silo-ed
- Compared to previous companies, there tends to be less collaboration, you really have to take it upon yourself to engage with others
