Strong culture of inclusion and belonging that came from the top. Great coworkers and interesting projects to work on given the product space. 401k match.

Cons

Big company atmosphere. Decisions felt very opaque. Struggled to get promotions or stock refreshes due to a manager who didn't feel the need to 'sell' my work. Ultimately sought other opportunities because I felt undervalued (and my salary was below market value).
