Pros

Used to be pay but you can work as a dishwasher making more

Cons

Never good enough, you’ll always be shown what not to do and what’s wrong never told what you did good. Pressure and number measurements impossible to meet with coming out covid and can’t get money people don’t have. Managers need to actually do the job as they expect to see it done for a whole week to see how it actually is going. They don’t care bout staff only that they show up.

Thank you for taking time to leave a review. Many of our employees enjoy the non-traditional retail hours available as our hours are minimal in comparison to most retail stores and/or dealerships. We are closed on Sundays and our store hours Mon - Fri are 10-6 and Sat are 10-5pm Saturday, given the store hours that allows for what many employees describe as a great work/life balance. The last time Compensation for salespeople was changed was in 2019 when the company increased the base rate of pay significantly.
