No growth, opportunities, you are what you are coming in, rarely ever receive recognition, customers are tough, no real feeling of management, could have long nights dealing with customers, see DM/Corp staff once a year so everything you do is hearsay. Inventory, leadership

Great opportunity to get in with a solid company that has been around a while! There are great chances to make great income! Being apart of the CarHop family and team makes it fun to come to work! As a sales person it is fun to interact with all the customers and get satisfaction out of your work to help people drive! There is a lot of room to grown an move up with a little hard work and determination!

Cons

Some locations are a bit rough around the edges an need some love, if their was more pride into making the locations look would go a long way expecially in the buy here pay here world, We just need to make the outside an inside of all locations so that they are universal and Pride for going to work
