      Job security and consistent paycheck hybrid roles, work from home and one day in office ( carmax auto finance)

      Cons

      Difficult to advance within the company. I spent 8 years with this company and was denied leadership roles or career advancement at least 10 times. Company severely underpays employees . Not really sure how people survive and raise families off of the wages paid with the company
