CarMax Inventory Manager reviews

Too much focus on political buzz words or agendas. Communicates about things that alot of associates don't understand, care about or see why it should be important to them. It does seem that, since Covid, CarMax is less associate driven and more numbers driven. I'm sure there is a business reason for this. But that is what made CarMax such a great place to work.

Very low wages, communication on new process changes is terrible, most senior managers have no clue what they’re doing.
