-Amazing work life balance -Everyone takes PTO seriously. No pressure to "work" during PTO -Very friendly and family oriented -Unlimited PTO -Very open on career opportunity -Manager is a support role. No micro management

Cons

-It was hard coming into a large company and understanding every role. -Use way too many acronyms
