The hours are horrendous, return policy means you lose half if they work with someone else on your day off. Inventory let cars through that absolutely should not have been put on the lot. Customers think they finance people with terrible credit and waste your time. Appraisal offers are almost always terrible. The clientele was bottom of the barrel, 9/10 had abysmal credit, creepy touchy old men, very terrible people walking through the doors. Once sold a car to a very drunk man and was reprimanded for "assuming" he was drinking, even with bottle sitting under the desk with him. Way too focused on quantity over quality.
