Pros

Great benefits, good sales managers (but a little slow to dump bad ones). Very good training with the right mentor. Pay considerate with effort put in, want to make $50,000 work 50-60 hours or move onto management after proving yourself

Cons

No pay for unrelated sales activities ( boring trading sessions, lock ups, snow clearing, putting tags on cars,etc.) Minimum wage on bad periods, than required to pay back (questionable labor law violation)

Pros

Generally speaking, there is usually "that person" at work that you can't stand. At the Easton location in Columbus, OH, that person doesn't work there. Very positive, supportive environment.

Cons

The work/life balance is not the best. Also, there are broad structures and practices that are might have seemed efficient in a small sampling that do not work out applied with a broad corporate brush stroke.
