Pros
Fun job depending on location, Good training program, long term employment you have to really screw up to get terminated. Pay is above average for some. Honest company and big on the customer. Its a great business aspect just need to retain quality people.
Cons
Management is horrible, No genuine recognition, People move up for the wrong reasons, Corporate should be more aware of what goes on in stores and some managers are very unprofessional and inappropriate. Benefits plans should be better.
