Pros

The people you work with are the best part of working at carmax. The atmosphere is very energetic but people are willing to help if you ask. The fact there is an open door policy is great but there could be some opportunity for improvement.

Cons

Some challenges could be that the open door policy is not actually open door. The pay is not up to par especially if you are part time. The amount of time spent with customers and the amount of work should increase the amount of pay. However it isn't.
