Everyone is very friendly and willing to help with anything, including your own development both personally and professionally.

Cons

Pay could be a little better but for an entry level position it is okay.

Pros

They really take care of their employees and their customers. Their compensation package and benefits are very competitive and they offer a fair amount of flexibility.

Cons

They are a retail establishment so the busiest times are typically nights and weekends which means that you will often find yourself working outside of "normal" business hours.

Unrivaled career development. Work Ethic pays off I am truly blessed to work for CarMax. Exceptional pay and I look forward to my long career at CarMax

Cons

Retail hours. But that is what I signed up for so I can't complain. Not too much to complain about really. Not sure what anyone who is unhappy is talking about.
