Good pay, and perks for long term employees

Cons

Quality is starting to lack making it hard to sell cars to "smart" people. Benefits are extremely expensive. Most senior management are liberal dummies

Solid retail experience

Pros

Friendly working atmosphere, college reimbursement for both part time and full time associates. Flexible scheduling due to its retail format. Excellent full time benefits.

Cons

Although one of its pros, if you're looking for a consistent schedule, because it is retail, you will not find it here. Need to move out of your region in order to progress in any type of management position.

Great training, great team atmosphere. Outstanding support. Quality work life balance. Unique tools to the industry. Unique approach to used car industry. Excellent entry management training.

Cons

Compensation as compared to your earnings for the company are not aligned properly. Inadequate staffing for work load. Slow to promote at times, limited growth without relocation.
