Pros

Have prospects who believe they actually check the cars out that they are selling. They will push customers in the extended warranty, if they don't buy, good luck getting anything fixed later.

Cons

This company gets rid of older employees. They will find fault with you when its time to dump you, they modern way of Age discrimination since employees have to agree to their Arbitration Agreement, which is stacked in their favor.

Pros

Not very much pressure, there are good opportunity's for students or grads to get a job, reasonable hours for non sales employees. Nice store, and most fellow employee's are fun to work with.

Cons

They do not listen to their valuable employees. Always changing the rules. Makes it very difficult to make presidents club, new rules are even worse. No appreciation for hard work. Managers do not manage. Poor training. No follow through on training by competent managers. Incompetent managers who have never sold' or have sold few cars reviewing sales personal.
