Pros

Customers are awesome and every situation is different, so you are constantly learning new things. Co-workers are great and it's a great team environment.

Cons

Commission only pay is very unpredictable. When business is slow, pay is down. Although the team environment is pretty good, you always have a few bad apples that only care about themselves. We are suppose to be a TEAM!

They over hire sales consultants at times Limited advancement potential The use of acronyms is almost cult-like Management treated poorly

Pros

Professional & fair. Training good. Everybody knows what there role is. A sense of teamwork. Associates all were very nice

Cons

Hours long if your a sales associate. Customers who want to abuse you like other car sales people who make a lot off of one sale.
