      - Monthly incentive bonus after training - Environment(co-workers and some managers) - Hybrid position(allows for 1 day in office and 4 days at home)

      It's a job. That's it.

      Cons

      Training is death by powerpoint Systems are outdated Managers are out of touch No real development Don't believe me? They have training classes going all year long but the company doesn't grow. Hmmmm Stay away.
