Lots of technical experts. Exposure to a lot of smart people. Management team is hands on. Open office at HQ. Opportunities for growth. Mix of external hires and internal promotions. New CEO wants to win and knows every person on the team. (Knows all the names and takes time to speak to everyone.

Hiring process took a little longer but it was explained to me later on that they've encountered a situation that made the delay
