      Pros

      Carparts.com is an awesome company! Great people. The management also listens to their employees. They provide opportunities for you to apply for other departments and not just customer service. The best part is the HYBRID Set up ( WFH and Work on site).

      Cons

      So far I don't see anything bad about the company.

      Pros

      I have had the privilege of working at CarParts.com, and I must say that my experience here has been nothing short of exceptional. This company has truly set a standard for excellence that is hard to find elsewhere. The environment makes me feel welcome even with the C- Levels.

      Cons

      The travel to the office from my residence is somewhat lengthy, but fortunately, our office policy only requires us to be physically present twice a week.
