      C-Suite and senior leadership treat you as part of the team. Everyone sits in a cube, even higher levels to create a collaborative environment.

      Pros

      The only thing I can say that was great about working here was the distance from my home, the pay was reasonable, and they were willing to pay for a work vacation

      Cons

      Where do I start with what's wrong.... The people who run the place are selfish, out for what's best for them, if you stand up for yourself then they try to find a way to get you away from the place. The main thing that done it for me was the trying to single people out but allow others to do whatever they want especially if you tell on another co worker someone or do there job for them. It's a lot of people that like to tell on people to climb the letter and end up getting fired themselves!

      Lots of technical experts. Exposure to a lot of smart people. Management team is hands on. Open office at HQ. Opportunities for growth. Mix of external hires and internal promotions. New CEO wants to win and knows every person on the team. (Knows all the names and takes time to speak to everyone.

      Cons

      Fast pace. Not for everyone.
