Flexible sched and once a week in the office

Cons

Unnotified Floating Status: Multiple employees have shared experiences of being placed on floating status without prior communication. This sudden change left them without assigned tasks or compensation, causing financial strain and uncertainty about job security. Most of the employees are tenured. The company chose floating status for 6 months so they wont have to pay lay off or separation pay. Not recommended!

Worst inhouse contact center ever

Cons

Doesnt have a solid incentive structure, when you hit the KPIs they will change it constantly so that you would not be getting the full amount stipulated
