Pros

CarParts has a fair workload and the office is in a very good location. The WFH setup also saves a lot of time and money since you drive/commute less. The community aspect is very nice and many employees are friendly and close with one another.

Cons

It's difficult to get bonuses, promotions, and salary increases. The Tues-Sat schedule means you'll be out of sync with family and friends who work Mon-Fri.
