Carparts.com is committed in improving the quality of work by providing the right tools, listens and provides a safe environment (figuratively and literally) for its employees. The company culture is not just a buzzword to make everyone feel good, but is back up by actions.

Cons

Very fast-paced and, at times, feels like there is more work to do than time to do it.
