Moreover, the approachable higher management makes the overall work atmosphere even better.

Cons

The energy you experience while working in any company will largely depend on your mindset and focus. If you constantly dwell on the negatives, you're likely to perceive downsides in everything. However, if you choose to concentrate on the positive aspects, you may find that the downsides become less significant. Personally, my experience at Carparts.com has been satisfactory.
