Support group is always present. Whenever troubles occur, you always find a go-to person to assist you. The senior management always relays its plans to the team so as to spearhead the direction of the company.

Cons

Their computer assets must be replenish with newer systems in the market. Though it can still handle most of the tasks, it showing signs of aging and slow downs. Computer lags are frequent complaint. Gossips is also frequent within the company.
