Pros

Bi-weekly Pay check, workers are dedicated and hard working

Cons

No training, no processes, no SOPs, horrible HR, use of temps and constantly training new people without trying to maintain and train current employees. Can't stress enough the lack of unprofessionalism from corporate HR.

employees and leads on your level will stick up for you

Cons

Disorganized Bad moral Management looks down on employees different managers tell you how to do the job differently daily and get mad at you for doing what a different manager told you to do HR is deceitful and makes up rules as seen fit
