people first company, puts employees welfare first which is very evident when the pandemic hit. Company's always making sure that employees are not only well equipped to handle the task on hand but also add value thru online learning/training.

Cons

Some tech related software runs a little wonky at times.

The work structure is great. The job hardly calls you to give extra time, and all the required outputs can be completed, depending on the skill of the writer, without the need to expend much stress or too much time. Pay is great, as well as benefits. You get the opportunity to work in a healthy work environment, even if it's work from home.

Cons

I wish they gave a coffee allowance.
