Safety First is one of our Core Values and our new Safety Director is continuously looking at ways to improve our protocols. We are also implementing on-the-job training for our managers and employees to ensure they are well equipped to do their jobs safely. High turnover is very common in warehouse environments and we try our best to maintain fully staffed warehouses.
