Management is awful.. Two days after training period ended was pressured to quit by my manager because I wasn't selling enough. This continued for the duration of my stay. Was told to quit over 10 times in the first month. Took me off calls constantly, offered little to no advice on how to improve, basically bullied me out of the position. Went to speak with the higher ups to see if I could switch managers, basically ignored (even though people switch managers all the time). Was only able to take 15-20 calls a day while other people in my training group were taking 40+ with other managers, which hurt my sales quite considerably.
