Hours...weekends off.....one hour lunch break

Cons

Started out at $9 an hour in presales only to be notified after 2 months in, we were going to $8 hr and a 35 hr week! Cmon man...that's high school pay

30k base pay. Typical “warranty” shop.

Cons

Must sell 40 deals to hit bonus. You have to walk around to find a T.O manager, and if you’re not one of their “buddies” good luck with that. Seemed like majority of the time I needed a T.O manager, it was all of a sudden time for a smoke break, so get use to closing your deals on your own.
