One of the best jobs I've ever had! The management and employee morale are the best here. Good money to be made in a fast paced environment. I actually look forward to coming to work in the morning. Leader in the industry and growing. Highly recommend.

Flexible hours, fast paced environment and quick shifts with staying busy, management is cool and want you to succeed.

Cons

You may have to work some saturdays but youll get overtime.

Pros

Carshield has helped me get back on my feet after struggling quite a bit. The support you receive from your managers is outstanding. There isn't a day that goes by where I don't feel like they truly care about my well being and stability. You work hard, and you are more than rewarded at this job. I really couldn't ask for a better employer.

Cons

Honestly can't think of any cons. Like I said the harder you work, you are equally rewarded.
