Pros

If you are looking for a career that allows you to write your own paycheck without a cap this is it. The bonus programs are obtainable and lucrative. Whatever you put in you are going to get back out here which is a rarity. The workplace is fun, fast paced and unique. There is never a dull moment.

Cons

Some Saturdays are required which makes it tough sometimes but you can always switch shifts or request off.

As the controller vacations are limited since there is always work that needs to be done for our employees.

Everyone is like family and cares for each other. The atmosphere is positive and fun to be in. The company makes sure they treat their customers and employees with respect. It is great to be apart of this company!

Cons

As the IT manager I am always on call, but that is what it takes to keep the company up and running smoothly, without hindering the sales department.
