Pros

The employees are the best thing about working at Carshield. Good place to start but not to stay due to the yearly raises.

Cons

They dont offer much time off and the benefits arent the best. The pay makes up for a lot but being on the phones all day with escalated customers can get draining

The people you work with. The pay! For the most part management is solid and is willing to help you succeed if you're willing to put forth effort. Relaxed atmosphere the majority of the time. The company takes care of their employees.

Cons

They want you to live on the phone. You work at least two Saturdays a month. It can be stressful at times. It's not for everyone.
