The biggest pro for me has to be the culture. Everyone has a great attitude and when your day isn`t going to good there is always someone to turn to for help.

Cons

The cafe closes at 2 PM so if you work late make sure to bring your lunch.

Pros

Carshield inspires growth financially and mentally. There’s plenty of room for opportunity. I’ve met more people who’s lives have changed for the better with this employer than any place I’ve worked.

Cons

Requires mental fortitude, but that will be nurtured for growth by your managers. The money you make is directly a sum of your effort and work ethic which can be hard for a lot of people if you are predominantly an entitled mindset. These can also be pros if you make them that.
