Being able to be apart of a company the leader in the industry. Making as much money as a lawyer, doctor, really any profession. Helping customers save money on car repairs. I get to work with the best people.

Cons

You have to perfect the craft and be consistent at what you do. You have to put in the time and work. The outcome will be very lucrative.

Great Work Environment, Very involved sales managers and leaders. Uncapped Potential, You have the potential to exceed 125k a year if you're willing to work OT. Draw/Salary of $2500 and everything over is your commission. Commissions paid on the 10th and every two week for draw.

Cons

Toxic work environment where some managers harass women and curse out reps in the middle of the office. High turnover rate in my 2 years there 3 managers were fired/demoted and countless reps let go or demoted. Results focused and its never enough.
