Great pay, you make what you put into it. The vibe is all around good, everyone is all working together towards the same goals so we literally one big team.

Cons

You will put in some long hours if you want to make the big bucks but it'll be worth it.

The best part of working for CarShield is the people we work with. Coming in each day to work with people who are family is special. Another pro is the compensation. You have the ability to write your own checks. Getting paid what you are worth is amazing.
