Pros

They are flexible and care about what is going on in personal life, if you choose to tell them, not overly prying or anything, and the pay is what you make it. Very diverse group of people and I like that.

Cons

This job can carry over into personal life as you try to work extra hours to hit goals you have set for yourself.

Some of the managers are horrible. They push you for numbers and dont care about anything else. All that matters are numbers.
