Easy hours 9-6 and steady work. Great and understanding managers. They’ll work with you on everything, professional or personal. Chances for bonuses.

Cons

The work can get boring/mentally exhausting if you let it. The technology can be a bit of a pain

You are in control of your destiny here. We are a family and as such take care of each other. Our management team and owners strive to allow us and help us in any way they can. I never thought i would make the money i make and love my job as much as i do.

Cons

Honestly really no cons. If you do the work and take the help given you will be your best.

Work from home mostly. Pay is okay.

Cons

The job is miserable. Customers are ruthless to you and management could not care less. You are just a number to them. They also continue to find ways to pay employees less and less.
