Pros

If you're in the sales department (mail, TV, internet) you will make 7-8k a month on average. More calls you take the better. You will close around 15-20% of the calls. Amazing company IF you are in sales. Pre sales and customer service are not as good due to the lower pay and same amount of work.

Cons

When I started, I had a terrible manager that made me hate the company and culture. It gave me tons of anxiety. He was the biggest jerk I have ever met and I wanted to deck him. Nobody liked him. I was then switched to another manager after a month and loved him. You have to get the right manager, as there is one for every team! Also, they encourage you to work more than 40 hours a week in sales, but you'll be more than compensated for it if you do. Sales in general is tough, but they put out so many ads that closing deals is easy and almost anybody can do it.

Company culture is fantastic, everyone is friendly and accepting. Work from home opportunity greatly appreciated

Cons

Work life balance is non-existent. Weekly and monthly demands for overtime, constant micromanaging, and the policies are lucrative at best.
