I love The work environment the pay and unlimited overtime , Carshield has the best supervisors who will help you become better to grow more into the company. Carshield is more of a family then just any regular job.

Pros

The managers are absolutely amazing and they’re always helping people. The pay is good and I can afford all my bills and have extra money to spend. I love the bonuses, it pushes me to work harder! I have never not wanted to come to work!!

Cons

I wish we had monthly bonuses and more shifts available
