Pros

The pay is great, feeling like your family is an added benefit. The added benefits with being able to bonus extra money. Also having Salty's catered everyday is awesome for lunch.

Cons

Paying for healthcare, sometimes having to change my desk. Other than that I have no complaints about this amazing work environment.
