Cons - extremely weak/political leadership (exceptions --Services, Regulatory Affairs, HR), no accountability, no transparency, marginal (at best) products, empty customer promises and company values, overwhelmed engineers (mass exodus), dissatisfied customers, and scary lack of sales. The CEO is too afraid to address problems hence none exist. Executives protect their kind and manage their own careers and images. Company culture hard to pin down --maybe the worst from GE (inflated egos masking ineptitude) and Microsft (supremely nasty & aggressive/hostile behavior). If you want to succeed at this company, better drink up the company koolaid: convince yourself Sales will sell something, products will be delivered, customers will buy and be satisfied, and the CEO will start focusing on things that matter. This company won't be around in another 6-8 months unless things get a whole lot better fast. GE might take the reins and fold it back in. Might be better to just fold it and put everyone associated out of their misery.
