Company has gone through some real struggles to right the ship in the past . A couple of reductions in force, and major amount of cost cutting were required to right some major wrongs that the previous CEO allowed to happen. Now new customers are coming again, current environments are stable, and some really cool product development is happening again. Has been a painful turnaround but sure seems like there is now light at the end of the tunnel.

Cons

Many roles don't have much for backup so lots of people wearing lots of hats.
