The pay for an entry level role is good and the work is manageable most of the time. Hybrid/remote work is a plus and can be beneficial if you have the right boss.

Cons

Tedious work is common and will often be draining. Your boss can really make or break if you like the job. Micro managing can get crazy and often gets push to the extreme.

Gets you into the tech space and sales w/ little to no experience.. Insurance options are good

Culture is extremely toxic.. Managers don't keep their word and hate discussing pay and helping employees grow.. Honestly believe they try to force experienced people out, so they can hire college kids with no experience to do the same job at a lesser pay.. Company hides behind "perks" and gifts/earnable benefits but doesn't provide measurable metrics to be eligible.. Managers protected by upper level even when HR reports are filed
