Mind-numbing repetitive work . Constantly shifting management messages. Micro-management can be an issue depending on the team. Pay increases are mostly in bonuses and weird at tax time. Upward or lateral movement is entirely up to your manager/team lead. Antiquated CRM and cold call expectations. Lip service to diversity and inclusion but still very white, male, business-school-graduate oriented. Soul sucking involvement with all the worst excesses of our capitalist society.
