Pros
Excellent Benefits, and good colleagues. In sales, it was great to have access to the product managers and the development team, who were happy to engage with clients for product feedback. It is a good place to enter the industry and learn your sales craft and gain experience, but move on after two years.
Cons
They struggled to find a consistent strategy, changing sales models and coverage models, and the team leadership every six months. Senior leadership was disconnected from the sales front. Focused on stock price performance, for their own compensation.
