      Office job. No physical labor. Okay pay.

      Cons

      Raises don't even keep up with inflation. Management is insane about punching in and out for shifts, lunches, breaks. You're complained at for punching in even just 1 minute late. Yet you're expected to be in the office before you clock in, and you cannot clock in until your shift begins.

      Nice office and talented people. The product is good and helpful

      Very slow workload. Lots of information silos between teams. Felt like the design and marketing teams were not valued.
