- Founder has extreme control issues and is involved with every detail of every project no matter how big or small. His obsessive compulsive focus on his unique idea of perfection just makes everything extra complicated and take way longer than it should. People spend a lot of effort just trying to stay off his radar or focusing the spotlight on others. - Company values are applied inconsistently and used as justification for behavior which in any other company would just be bullying. Office culture is all about favoritism, cliques, and calling people out as publicly as possible. - Employees want to litigate every issue over endless reply all email threads or in 100 page word docs like it is a court case in front of the Supreme Court. - Unlimited vacation greatly depends on your manager and team. Office isn't even closed on the 5th of July on a Friday or the day after Thanksgiving.
