The only pros in my experience there were the flexible hours and the people

Cons

Overall stressful, No holiday bonuses, No overtime, whenever theres a new hire they go to either bakery or meat while other departments are suffering from much needed help. Very Busy everyday for some reason, everything here is expensive and hard work is never acknowledged.
