      Through a very rich and diverse culture I improved on my Spanish speaking skills with customer interactions and service.

      Pros

      Latina women... There are ways to get around to a more consistent schedule. A great place to brush up on Spanish speaking skills. 50% off in the kitchen comes in handy.

      Cons

      Random scheduling for part-timers gets frustrating. Customers can be hard to please like everywhere else. 25¢ raises every 6 months is humiliating, especially when the minimum wage bar is raised above it and they cancel out your raise... The employee discount doesn't apply to seafood.

      Pros

      The only pro that I can say is that the paycheck is every Friday and that is about it. Have no more pros to tell you

      Cons

      Hectic schedule, no sick days if there's not a lot of costumes they send you home, everybody can humiliate you, they don't give you breaks n lunch on time. Besides that you only have 5 minutes break n 30 minutes lunch not worth to work for them.

      Many of the employees need a second, sometimes third, job to make ends meet.
