Good company with nice people and talented engineers. Great work/life balance. Good technology.

Cons

Conservative management. No VC involved. Expanding slowly. Still has a long way to go.

Pros

Convenient office location, decent heath insurance, they hired a lot of talented people.

Cons

Turnover is very high, disorganised leadership (former sales/marketing execs), salary is on the low end for San Francisco. Leadership was proficient at selling the platform but terrible at providing a quality product.

Pros

Great company with great people working here. Teams are definitely still growing within the greater team, but since working here it has grown a lot and learned a lot about team to team communication and working with our clients. Overall cool startup to work for without trying to hard to force "startup culture", and managers understand that work/life balance is important. Since being here for less than a year I've seen many people earn well-deserved promotions from within the company as well as adding quality people to the team.

Cons

It is a small company, so there is a lot of responsibility in the work that every team member does, and no real backup for certain roles -- which is very cool to be contributing on a big level, but also may not be for everyone.
